Poem for "not-so-perfect" moms....

For "not-so-perfect" Moms

All mothers' feet are made of clay

And we walk in a fallen world

Some days our tempers flare

At the "drop of a hat"

Toward our little boys and girls

We're human and we make mistakes

But our little ones are quick to forgive

What we must do is forgive ourselves

Because we're also one of God's "precious kids"

So don't expect perfection from yourself

That even God does not expect from you

When you fall, just get up and run to Him

For He's already forgiven you, too.
